The ACCUPRO 75243063 is a TNMG332 style carbide turning insert designed for precision lathe and turning center applications. Built to ANSI code TNMG332 and ISO code TNMG160408, this insert features a triangular shape with a neutral hand orientation and a negative side clearance geometry. The CVD coating and ACK20P manufacturer grade deliver high wear-resistance when cutting steel (P) and high to moderate wear-resistance with improved toughness when cutting cast iron (K). With six usable cutting edges per insert, the 75243063 provides extended tool life and lower cost per edge for production turning operations. Licensed machinists and CNC operators working in job shops or production environments will find this insert suited to general-purpose and high-wear-resistance turning tasks.
This insert is intended for external and internal turning operations on steel and cast iron workpieces in both light and moderate cutting conditions. The WM+ chip breaker geometry manages chip control across a range of feed rates and depths of cut up to 0.1575 inches (4.00 mm). It is compatible with standard TNMG toolholders that accept clamp, lever lock, pin, or screw insert-holding methods, making it adaptable to a wide range of turning tool setups found in CNC and manual lathe environments.

Installation of turning inserts should be performed by a qualified machinist or CNC tooling technician. Always power down and lock out the machine spindle before seating or indexing an insert. Follow the toolholder manufacturer torque recommendations for the clamping screw or lever lock mechanism.
