The ACCUPRO 72100449 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding materials. Built to the HS series specification, it carries an AlTiN+ coating that extends tool life when cutting high-temperature alloys and other abrasive workpiece materials. The 0.75 inch diameter, 6-flute geometry with variable helix and variable index design reduces chatter and improves surface finish at aggressive feed rates. With a 0.09 inch corner radius, this tool blends strength at the cutting edge with smooth transitions on milled profiles. It is a single-end, right-hand cut, centercutting tool — suited for plunge entries and full-slot or peripheral milling operations performed by machinists and tool-and-die professionals.
This end mill is targeted at shops machining high-temperature alloys (UNSPSC material code S), including nickel-based superalloys, titanium, and similar aerospace and power-generation materials.
