The ACCUPRO 71177331 is a single-edge downcut spiral router bit machined from solid carbide. It carries a 3/16 inch (0.1875 inch) cutter diameter, a 5/8 inch length of cut, and a 1/4 inch shank diameter, with a 2 inch overall length. The downcut flute geometry pulls chips toward the workpiece surface rather than lifting them, which reduces top-surface tearout and fraying on plastics and laminates. The 21-degree helix angle and bright uncoated finish keep the cutting edge sharp and reduce material buildup during operation.
