The ACCUPRO 63309579 is a solid carbide jobber length drill bit sized to Letter F (0.2570 inches) with a 140-degree notched point angle and an AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride) coating. It is built for high-performance drilling in hard and abrasive materials including hardened steels, stainless steel, cast iron, and high-temperature alloys. The straight-cylindrical shank measures 5/16 inches in diameter, allowing it to seat in standard drill chucks and collets. A regular spiral flute with a 4xD flute-to-diameter ratio clears chips efficiently while the web-thinned, parallel-web point reduces entry force and improves centering accuracy.
