The ACCUPRO 4500187 is a solid carbide jobber-length drill bit designed for high-performance drilling in demanding materials. At 11/64 inches (0.1719 inches) in diameter, it features a 140-degree split point for aggressive penetration and reduced walking on entry. The TiAlN coating provides thermal resistance and extended tool life at elevated cutting speeds. Coolant-through capability makes it well-suited for deep-hole applications where chip evacuation and heat management are critical. This bit runs right-hand cutting with a regular spiral flute and is manufactured to ISO specification. Machinists and toolroom technicians working in production or maintenance environments are the primary users of this tool.

This drill bit is designed for use in stainless steel and other hard or abrasive workpiece materials where standard high-speed steel tooling falls short. The TiAlN coating handles the heat generated when cutting austenitic stainless grades. The 5xD flute-to-diameter ratio provides adequate flute length for chip clearance in moderate-depth holes.
