The ACCUPRO 4500116 is a solid carbide jobber-length drill bit sized to wire gauge No. 4 (0.2090 inches decimal equivalent) with a 140-degree split-point geometry and a TiAlN coating. It is designed for drilling hardened materials where standard high-speed steel bits lose their edge quickly. The slow spiral flute controls chip evacuation in tough, abrasive steels and other hardened workpieces. With an overall length of 2.875 inches and a flute length of 1.281 inches, this bit fits standard drill chucks and CNC tool holders with a 0.2500-inch straight cylindrical shank. A UR-thinned web reduces thrust load at the point without compromising rigidity.

This drill bit is suited for machining and fabrication shops, tool rooms, and production environments where hardened steels, tool steels, and similarly abrasive materials are drilled regularly.
