The ACCUPRO 40673832 is an indexable chamfer angle face mill designed for high-production milling of chamfers, bevels, and face surfaces in metal cutting applications. This cutter runs a 45-degree lead angle with a negative radial and positive axial rake geometry using HNKU and HOKU series inserts. It holds 8 inserts secured by screws and accepts inserts in size code 08. The 1.5-inch arbor hole fits standard milling machine arbors. With a steel toolholder body and coolant-through capability, it is built for sustained shop-floor use by machinists and CNC mill operators.

This face mill is suited for production and job-shop environments running horizontal or vertical milling machines and CNC machining centers. The 45-degree lead angle geometry is commonly applied when chamfering workpiece edges, blending surfaces, or reducing axial cutting forces on the spindle. The minimum cutting diameter is 4 inches and the maximum cutting diameter reaches 4.3544 inches, making it appropriate for medium-to-large diameter face milling passes.
