The ACCUPRO 39551 is a powdered metal square end mill designed for general-purpose milling operations in machine shops and production environments. With a 7/16-inch cutting diameter and a 13/16-inch length of cut, it handles slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The TiAlN (titanium aluminum nitride) coating improves heat resistance and extends tool life at elevated cutting speeds. The 2-flute configuration provides adequate chip evacuation in moderate-to-aggressive cuts. Licensed machinists and CNC operators install and run this tool on vertical machining centers and manual knee mills.

This end mill is suited for both production runs and job-shop applications where a reliable single-end cutting tool is needed for steel, stainless, aluminum, and similar workpiece materials. Installation Notes
