The ACCUPRO 39529 is a 3-flute square end mill machined from powdered metal, designed for milling operations in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It features a 45-degree helix angle with spiral fluting and a centercutting geometry, allowing it to plunge directly into a workpiece. The 3/4 inch mill diameter pairs with a matching 3/4 inch shank diameter for rigid tool holding. With a 1-5/8 inch length of cut and a 3-7/8 inch overall length, it is suited to moderate-depth profiling, slotting, and peripheral milling applications. Right-hand cut and right-hand flute orientation are standard. The uncoated finish is appropriate for use with cutting fluids in a range of general-purpose setups.
This end mill is intended for use in CNC machining centers, knee mills, and manual milling machines where a 3/4 inch straight shank collet or end mill holder is available. It is a general-purpose tool suited to shops running aluminum, mild steel, cast iron, and similar materials at moderate feeds and speeds. The centercutting design supports both ramp-entry and direct-plunge operations, making it useful for die work, fixture machining, and general job shop milling. Installation and use should follow the machine tool manufacturer's recommended speeds, feeds, and clamping procedures for the workpiece material and machine type.
Designed as a general-purpose replacement or production end mill for milling machines and machining centers using 3/4 inch straight shank collet systems or end mill holders. No specific OEM model compatibility was stated in the product data.
A licensed machinist or qualified machine tool operator should install and operate this end mill in accordance with the machine manufacturer's guidelines. Before changing tooling, ensure the spindle is fully stopped and locked out per shop lockout/tagout procedures. Secure the shank fully within the collet or holder to the recommended gauge-line depth, and verify runout with a dial indicator before commencing a cut. Do not exceed the rated length of cut for interrupted or heavy radial engagement operations.
