The ACCUPRO 39475 is a single-end square end mill engineered for general-purpose and demanding milling applications in metal-cutting environments. Built from powdered metal with a TiAlN (titanium aluminum nitride) finish, this end mill delivers improved heat resistance and extended tool life compared to standard high-speed steel tooling. It measures 0.75 inches in cutting diameter, carries a 1.625-inch length of cut, and runs a 0.75-inch shank diameter with a 3.875-inch overall length. The four-flute spiral design with a 30-degree helix angle provides a balance between chip evacuation and surface finish quality, making it a practical choice for medium to finish passes in ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
This end mill is suited for use in CNC machining centers, knee mills, and manual milling machines where a right-hand cut and right-hand flute configuration are required. The centercutting geometry allows for plunge entry directly into the workpiece, expanding its use to slot milling, pocketing, and profile operations. Machinists running production work or job-shop operations in steel, stainless, cast iron, and similar materials will find this tool a reliable standard-stock option. It ships as a single unit.
Designed as a standard replacement or stock end mill for CNC machining centers and manual milling machines accepting a 3/4-inch round shank in collet chucks, end mill holders, or Weldon-style holders.
This end mill should be installed by a qualified machinist following standard tool-holding procedures. Ensure the spindle is fully stopped and the machine is powered down before changing tooling. Confirm the shank is fully seated and clamped to the recommended torque specification of your tool holder manufacturer. Inspect the cutting edges for chips or wear before each use, and verify spindle RPM and feed rate are appropriate for the workpiece material and depth of cut before engaging the cutter.
