The ACCUPRO 35357 is a corner chamfer end mill designed for precision chamfering and edge-breaking operations on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Built from powdered metal and finished with a TiAlN coating, this tool offers strong wear resistance and heat tolerance at elevated cutting speeds. It measures 1.25 inches in diameter with a 3-inch length of cut and a 5.5-inch overall length. The 6-flute design improves chip load distribution and surface finish quality, making it a practical choice for production machining environments where tool life and consistency matter.
This end mill is suited for use in vertical machining centers and CNC milling applications where chamfering, deburring, or edge preparation is required. The 30-degree helix angle supports smooth cutting action in both slotting and peripheral milling passes. The centercutting geometry allows plunge entry, adding flexibility to the machining operation. It is a right-hand cut, right-hand flute tool compatible with standard milling setups across job shops, tool rooms, and production floors.
