The ACCUPRO 35351 is a corner chamfer end mill designed for milling chamfered edges and angular profiles in ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Built from powdered metal substrate and coated with TiAlN, it delivers heat resistance and wear life suited for demanding cutting operations. The tool measures 0.875 inches in diameter with a 3.5-inch length of cut and a 5.75-inch overall length. A 7/8-inch shank diameter provides solid clamping rigidity in standard end mill holders. With five flutes and a 30-degree helix, it balances chip evacuation with surface finish. The centercutting geometry allows plunge entry directly into the workpiece. This tool is installed and operated by machinists and tool-and-die professionals in CNC and manual milling applications.
The 35351 is suited for chamfering, deburring, and angular edge preparation in production and job-shop environments. Right-hand cut and right-hand flute direction make it compatible with conventional spindle rotation on standard vertical and horizontal milling machines and machining centers. The coarse pitch and stub length classification indicate use in applications where rigidity is prioritized over extended reach. TiAlN coating supports dry or minimal-lubrication cutting strategies, reducing coolant dependency in high-temperature cutting passes on alloy steels, stainless, and hardened materials.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct tooling selection for standard 7/8-inch end mill holders, collet chucks, and milling arbors used in CNC machining centers and conventional knee mills.
Installation is performed by a qualified machinist or tooling technician. Power down and lock out the spindle before inserting or removing the tool from its holder. Ensure the shank is fully seated to the recommended engagement depth in the holder and that set screws or collet nuts are torqued per the holder manufacturer's specification. Inspect the cutting edges for chips or coating damage before each use and do not run a damaged tool.
