The ACCUPRO 35322 is a corner chamfer end mill designed for precision milling operations in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Built from powdered metal, it delivers consistent hardness and wear resistance throughout the tool body. The 35322 features a 0.75 inch cutting diameter, a 4.125 inch length of cut, and a 6.375 inch overall length with a 0.75 inch shank diameter. The 4-flute, right-hand cutting geometry with a 30-degree helix angle provides efficient chip evacuation and stable cutting performance. The bright uncoated finish makes it well suited for applications where coating compatibility or regrinding is a consideration. Machinists and tool-and-die professionals use this style of end mill to produce chamfered corner profiles on machined components.
The ACCUPRO 35322 is used in vertical and horizontal milling machine setups, CNC machining centers, and manual knee mills. Its centercutting design allows direct plunge entry into workpieces, adding flexibility in profiling and slotting operations. The coarse pitch and right-hand flute direction are suited for general-purpose material removal where surface finish and corner geometry accuracy are both required. This end mill is a standard choice for job shops, production machining environments, and toolroom applications handling steel, cast iron, and similar workpiece materials.
Designed as a standard-shank corner chamfer end mill for use in collet chucks, end mill holders, and milling machine spindles accepting a 0.75 inch shank diameter.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist following shop safety procedures. Secure the shank fully within the tool holder to the recommended minimum engagement depth before tightening to prevent runout or pull-out during cutting. Ensure the spindle is fully stopped and the machine is in a safe state before changing tooling. Verify shank diameter compatibility with the tool holder before use.
