The ACCUPRO 35302 is a corner chamfer end mill designed for milling chamfers and angled edges on ferrous and non-ferrous workpieces. It measures 0.4375 inches in diameter with a 1 inch length of cut (LOC) and an overall length (OAL) of 2-11/16 inches. The 3/8 inch shank diameter fits standard ER and shrink-fit toolholders common in CNC machining centers. Constructed from powdered metal with a TiAlN coating, it handles elevated cutting temperatures well, making it suitable for harder steels and high-speed dry or near-dry machining. The 4-flute, 30-degree helix geometry promotes efficient chip evacuation and a smooth finish on chamfered profiles.

This end mill is used in CNC milling operations where precise corner chamfering, edge breaking, or angled profile milling is required.
