The ACCUPRO 35299 is a corner chamfer end mill designed for precision chamfering and edge-breaking operations on ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Built from powdered metal with a TiAlN coating, it delivers elevated heat resistance and extended tool life in high-speed cutting applications. The 0.25-inch diameter, 3-flute geometry produces clean chamfer profiles while maintaining chip clearance. At 2.4375 inches overall length with a 0.375-inch shank diameter and 0.625-inch length of cut, it fits standard milling chucks and collet holders used in CNC machining centers and manual knee mills. Installation and operation are handled by machinists and tool-and-die professionals.

This end mill is suited for chamfering, deburring, and edge-prep work on steel, cast iron, aluminum, and similar materials.
