The ACCUPRO 33064 is a corner chamfer end mill designed for milling chamfered edges and angled profiles on metal workpieces. Built from powdered metal, this tool delivers consistent cutting performance across a range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It runs a 1-inch cutting diameter with a 2-inch length of cut (LOC), a 3/4-inch shank diameter, and a 4.25-inch overall length (OAL). The 5-flute, fine-pitch geometry paired with a 30-degree helix angle promotes smooth chip evacuation and surface finish. The bright/uncoated finish makes it suitable for general-purpose machining applications where coating is not required.

This end mill is used in CNC machining centers and manual milling operations for producing chamfers, bevels, and edge breaks on metal parts. The centercutting design allows plunge entry, giving the operator flexibility in tool path strategy.
