The ACCUPRO 315149 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision metal removal in milling applications. It features a 1/4-inch diameter with a 1-1/4-inch length of cut and a 3-inch overall length, giving it the extended reach needed for deeper pocket and slot work. The three-flute geometry combined with a 37-degree right-hand helix promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. The micrograin carbide substrate and ZrN (zirconium nitride) coating provide hardness and heat resistance suited to ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Installation and setup are handled by machinists and CNC operators working with vertical mills, machining centers, and manual knee mills.

This end mill is suited for slot milling, peripheral milling, and pocket work in applications requiring a long-reach 1/4-inch tool.
