The cutting end has a 0.090-inch corner radius that blends floor-to-wall transitions and reduces stress concentrations at part edges. A ZrN (zirconium nitride) coating adds surface hardness and heat resistance, extending tool life in demanding cuts. The 37-degree helix angle and three-flute, right-hand spiral geometry promote chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. Centercutting capability allows plunge entry.
