The ACCUPRO 314924 is a single-end, corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Built from micrograin solid carbide and coated with ZrN (zirconium nitride), it delivers extended tool life and wear resistance in demanding cutting environments. The 5/8 inch diameter cutter features 3 right-hand spiral flutes with a 37-degree helix angle, producing smooth chip evacuation and reduced cutting forces. The 0.030 inch corner radius protects the cutting edge and produces consistent radiused transitions in finish passes. Centercutting geometry allows for direct plunge entry without a pre-drilled hole.

This end mill is suited for CNC machining centers and manual mills in job shop, production, and toolroom environments. It handles slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling operations where a corner radius is required on the finished part. The 1-5/8 inch length of cut (LOC) and 3-1/2 inch overall length (OAL) position it for standard-depth pocketing and contouring work.
