The ACCUPRO 314592 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precise milling of ferrous and non-ferrous materials in machining and fabrication environments. It features a 1/4 inch cutting diameter, a 3/4 inch length of cut, and a 0.030 inch corner radius that blends floor and wall transitions cleanly to reduce stress concentrations in machined pockets and profiles. The 3-flute geometry with a 37-degree right-hand spiral helix promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes. A ZrN (zirconium nitride) coating adds heat and wear resistance, extending tool life in demanding cutting applications. Overall length is 2.5 inches.
