The ACCUPRO 313553 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling in metal, alloy, and composite workpiece materials. It features a 1 inch cutting diameter, a 5.5 inch length of cut, and an 8 inch overall length, making it well suited for deep-reach slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling operations. The 45-degree helix angle promotes aggressive chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. A ZrN (zirconium nitride) coating increases surface hardness and reduces tool wear, extending tool life in demanding cutting environments. Micrograin carbide substrate provides the toughness and rigidity required for interrupted cuts and long-reach applications.
