The ACCUPRO 313401 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It features a 5/8 inch cutting diameter, a 2-3/4 inch length of cut, and a 5 inch overall length with a matching 5/8 inch shank diameter. The ZrN (zirconium nitride) coating reduces friction and improves wear resistance, while the 45-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. With 2 flutes in a spiral configuration, this end mill is suited for slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling operations. It is centercutting, allowing plunge entry without a pre-drilled hole.
