The ACCUPRO 312986 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations where a controlled edge radius is required at the cutting corner. Built from micrograin solid carbide, this two-flute, single-end tool carries a ZrN (zirconium nitride) coating that reduces friction and extends tool life in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The 3/16 inch diameter with a 0.030 inch corner radius and 45-degree helix angle make it well-suited for finishing passes, slotting, and profiling where clean corner geometry is critical. It is centercutting, allowing plunge entry without a pre-drilled pilot hole.

This end mill is used in CNC machining centers and manual mills for light-to-medium material removal in aluminum, steel, stainless, and similar workpiece materials. The 5/8 inch length of cut (LOC) and 2-1/2 inch overall length (OAL) fit standard toolholding in production shops, tool rooms, and maintenance machining environments.
