The ACCUPRO 312807 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding metalworking applications. This end mill fits into standard CNC machining center applications requiring a 1 inch shank diameter. The 6 inch overall length and 3.25 inch length of cut make it appropriate for deep-pocket milling, slot finishing, and contour work in mold and die, aerospace, and general precision machining environments. The right-hand cut and right-hand spiral flute direction are standard for conventional CNC milling setups. The Series HS designation indicates a high-speed geometry optimized for harder workpiece materials. This is a single-end tool with no chipbreaker and a non-centercutting configuration, meaning plunge cuts require a pre-drilled entry point or ramping strategy.
Designed for use in CNC machining centers accepting a 1 inch straight shank with right-hand spindle rotation. Non-centercutting geometry requires ramping or helical interpolation entry rather than direct plunge.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or CNC operator.
