The ACCUPRO 312589 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations in metal cutting applications. It features a 3/8-inch diameter with a 0.030-inch corner radius, seven flutes, and an AlCrTiN coating that improves wear resistance and heat tolerance at elevated cutting speeds. The 38-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation. With a 1-inch length of cut and 2.5-inch overall length, this single-end, non-centercutting tool is suited for side milling, profiling, and finishing passes. It is installed and operated by machinists and CNC tooling professionals in job shop and production environments.

This end mill is used in ferrous and hardened material milling applications where corner radius geometry is required to reduce stress concentration at part corners and extend tool life.
