The ACCUPRO 312207 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations where edge integrity and tool life are critical. Built from micrograin solid carbide and coated with AlCrTiN, this end mill handles demanding materials and elevated cutting temperatures. It features a 1/2 inch diameter, a 5/8 inch length of cut, a 0.060 inch corner radius, and a 38-degree helix angle. With five flutes in a right-hand spiral configuration and variable index geometry, it delivers smooth chip evacuation and reduced chatter. Center-cutting capability allows direct plunging. This tool is intended for use by machinists and CNC operators in professional machine shop environments.

This end mill is suited for high-speed milling of ferrous metals, hardened steels, stainless alloys, and other materials where AlCrTiN coating provides thermal and oxidation resistance. The extended reach design, with a 2.25 inch reach length and a 0.475 inch neck diameter, makes it effective in pockets, slots, and deep-feature applications where standard-reach tooling cannot access.
