The ACCUPRO 312044 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in demanding metalworking applications. It features a 3/16 inch diameter with a 0.020 inch corner radius and a 5-flute, right-hand spiral configuration with a 38-degree helix angle. The AlCrTiN coating provides excellent heat and wear resistance at elevated cutting temperatures. With an overall length of 2 inches and a 1/4 inch length of cut, this end mill is built for high-performance finishing and semi-finishing passes in hardened steels, stainless alloys, and similar difficult-to-machine materials. It is centercutting and suitable for plunge entry.
