The ACCUPRO 311890 is a 5-flute solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding machining environments. With a 1 inch cutting diameter and a 2-5/8 inch length of cut, it handles deep slotting, profiling, and finishing passes where rigidity and tool life matter. The 38-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and reduces cutting forces. An AlTiCrN coating provides high-temperature oxidation resistance, making this end mill well suited for hardened steels, stainless, and high-temp alloys. The variable index geometry helps suppress chatter during aggressive cuts.

This end mill fits standard CNC machining center setups and manual mills using ER or side-lock holders with a 1 inch bore.
