The ACCUPRO 311839 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling operations in ferrous and difficult-to-machine materials. The tool measures 0.75 inches in diameter with a 3.25-inch length of cut and a 6-inch overall length. It carries an AlCrTiN coating, which provides excellent heat resistance and wear protection at elevated cutting speeds. With five flutes and a variable index geometry, this end mill reduces harmonic vibration during aggressive cuts, improving surface finish and extending tool life. It is a single-end, center-cutting design suited for plunging, slotting, and profiling in a single setup.
This end mill is built for machining centers and CNC milling equipment used in production and job shop environments. The 0.060-inch corner radius reduces stress concentrations at the cutting edge and helps produce blended inside corners on workpieces. The right-hand flute direction and right-hand cutting direction make it compatible with conventional spindle configurations. Typical applications include mold and die work, aerospace components, and general precision machining where corner geometry must be held to close tolerances. It is installed by machinists and tooling technicians working with standard 3/4-inch toolholders.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard production end mill for use in 3/4-inch diameter milling chucks, collet holders, or hydraulic toolholders on CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers.
This tool is installed by qualified machinists or tooling technicians. Power down and lock out the spindle before mounting or removing any end mill. Ensure the shank is fully seated and clean in the toolholder to the required gauge length before tightening. Follow machine manufacturer torque specifications for the toolholder style in use, and verify runout with a dial indicator before beginning a production cut.
