The ACCUPRO 311824 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for demanding milling operations in ferrous and hardened materials. Built to the HS series specification, it features a 3/4 inch diameter, a 2-3/4 inch length of cut, and a 5-inch overall length. The AlCrTiN coating provides high heat and oxidation resistance, making this tool well-suited for high-speed and dry cutting conditions. With five flutes, a 38-degree helix angle, variable index, and a 0.060 inch corner radius, the 311824 delivers efficient chip evacuation and reduced radial cutting forces.
