The ACCUPRO 311780 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill engineered for high-performance milling in demanding machining applications. The 5-flute, right-hand spiral geometry with a 38-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. An AlCrTiN coating provides thermal resistance and extended tool life when cutting hardened steels, stainless alloys, and other difficult materials. The 0.250 inch corner radius reduces stress concentration at the cutting edge and produces a consistent radius on workpiece corners. This tool is centercutting and capable of plunge entry.
