The ACCUPRO 311778 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling operations in metalworking and machining applications. Built on the HS Series platform, it features a 3/4 inch diameter, a 1 inch length of cut, and an AlCrTiN coating that improves heat resistance and tool life in hard and abrasive materials. The 0.120 inch corner radius reduces stress concentration at the cutting edge, extending service life in demanding cuts. With 5 flutes, a 38-degree helix angle, and a variable index design, it delivers smooth chip evacuation and reduced chatter.
