Built to Series HS standards, it features a 3/4-inch diameter, a 1-inch length of cut, and a 0.060-inch corner radius that blends floor and wall transitions to reduce stress concentrations in the workpiece. The AlCrTiN coating delivers high heat resistance and extended tool life, particularly in ferrous alloys and hardened steels. With five flutes, a 38-degree helix angle, and variable index geometry, this end mill balances chip evacuation with surface finish quality. It is center-cutting and right-hand cutting with right-hand flute direction.
