The ACCUPRO 311630 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations in ferrous and hard materials. With a 0.5 inch mill diameter, a 1 inch length of cut, and a 3 inch overall length, this single-end tool delivers aggressive material removal with tight dimensional control. The 0.120 inch corner radius reduces stress concentrations at the bottom of pockets and slots, extending tool life in high-load applications. AlCrTiN coating provides thermal resistance and hardness at elevated cutting temperatures. Five flutes with a 38-degree right-hand helix and variable index geometry reduce chatter and improve chip evacuation. The centercutting design allows plunge entry, adding flexibility in multi-axis and ramping operations.

This end mill is suited for die and mold work, aerospace component machining, and general precision part production.
