The ACCUPRO 311469 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in ferrous and hardened materials. With a 1/4 inch diameter and a 0.030 inch corner radius, this single-end, five-flute tool delivers smooth corner blending and reduced stress concentration at part edges. The AlCrTiN coating provides high-temperature oxidation resistance and extended tool life in demanding cutting environments. A 38-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation, and the variable index flute spacing reduces harmonic vibration during cut.
