The ACCUPRO 311461 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in metal, alloy, and hardened material applications. It features a 1/4 inch cutting diameter, a 1-1/4 inch length of cut, and five spiral flutes ground from micrograin carbide substrate. The AlTiCrN coating provides thermal resistance and extended tool life in high-speed and dry cutting conditions. A 38-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and reduces cutting forces. The variable index geometry helps minimize chatter and vibration during aggressive passes.
