The ACCUPRO 311446 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding machining environments. Built on the Series HS platform, it features a 1/4 inch cutting diameter, a 1 inch length of cut, and five spiral flutes with a 38-degree helix angle. The AlTiCrN coating provides heat and wear resistance, making this end mill well-suited for cutting harder ferrous and exotic materials at elevated speeds. A variable index geometry helps reduce harmonic vibration during cuts. Machinists and CNC operators in job shops, tool rooms, and production environments install this tool in standard 1/4 inch collets or end mill holders.
