The ACCUPRO 310383 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations where edge integrity and tool life under high-heat conditions are critical. It measures 0.625 inches in diameter with a 1.25-inch length of cut and a 3.5-inch overall length. The 4-flute, right-hand spiral geometry combined with a 38-degree variable-index helix promotes chip evacuation and reduces chatter during aggressive passes. The AlCrTiN coating delivers high oxidation resistance and hardness retention at elevated cutting temperatures, extending tool life in ferrous and hardened materials. Center-cutting capability allows plunge entry without a pre-drilled pilot hole.

This end mill is suited for use in CNC machining centers and manual vertical mills across job shop, tool-and-die, and production environments. It handles slotting, profiling, and ramping operations in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and similar materials. The 0.090-inch corner radius reduces stress concentration at the cutting edge and leaves a controlled radius on inside workpiece corners. Installation Notes
