The ACCUPRO 310210 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in demanding machining environments. Built on the HS series platform, it features a 3/8 inch diameter, a 0.5 inch length of cut, and a 2 inch overall length. The four-flute, right-hand spiral geometry is combined with a variable index design and an AlCrTiN coating, which extends tool life in high-heat, abrasive cutting conditions. The 0.030 inch corner radius reduces stress concentration at the cutting edge, making this tool well suited for finishing passes and contour work in hardened materials. It is centercutting, allowing direct plunge entry.

This end mill is intended for use in CNC machining centers and manual mills where controlled corner radii and tight tolerances are required. The AlCrTiN coating performs well in dry or minimum-quantity lubrication cutting of tool steels, hardened steels, and cast irons.
