The ACCUPRO 2500545 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations where edge integrity and tool life are critical. Built from micrograin carbide and coated with AlCrTiN for heat and wear resistance, this single-end tool carries a 0.0200-inch corner radius that protects the cutting edge and reduces stress concentrations at part corners. With 5 flutes and a 38-degree helix, it balances chip evacuation with surface finish quality. The 3/8-inch diameter and 1/2-inch length of cut make it well suited for finish profiling, slotting, and contouring in harder workpiece materials. Machinists and toolroom technicians are the primary users.

This end mill is applied in CNC machining centers and manual mills for profiling, peripheral milling, and light slotting in ferrous and hardened materials. Compatibility

Installation Notes

Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or toolroom technician. Ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and locked out before loading or unloading the tool.
