The ACCUPRO 2500452 is a solid carbide roughing finishing end mill designed for aggressive material removal and finish passes in a single tool. Built from micrograin carbide and coated with ZrN (zirconium nitride), it delivers extended tool life and improved surface finishes on ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The 5 mm diameter cutter features 3 flutes with a 37-degree helix angle and a square end geometry. It is centercutting, allowing plunge entry, and runs in a right-hand cutting direction. The 6 mm straight shank seats into standard collet chucks and tool holders. Machinists and CNC operators in job shops, production facilities, and toolrooms are the primary users of this tooling.

This end mill is suited for milling operations in CNC machining centers and manual knee mills where both roughing and semi-finishing passes are required without a tool change.
