The ACCUPRO 2500409 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precise milling operations in metalworking and machining applications. It features a 7/16-inch (0.4375-inch) mill diameter, a 1-inch length of cut, and a 5-flute configuration that improves chip evacuation and surface finish at higher feed rates. The 45-degree helix angle reduces cutting forces and promotes smooth entry into the workpiece. A TiCN (titanium carbonitride) coating increases surface hardness and wear resistance, extending tool life in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. This is a single-end, right-hand cutting tool manufactured from micrograin solid carbide.

This end mill is suited for peripheral and slot milling operations in job shops, tool rooms, and production machining environments.
