The ACCUPRO 2500342 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in metal fabrication and machining environments. With a 9/16 inch (0.5625 inch) mill diameter and a 1-1/2 inch length of cut, this tool handles slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling tasks. The 5-flute geometry paired with a 45-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes at higher feed rates. A TiCN (Titanium Carbonitride) coating extends tool life by increasing surface hardness and reducing friction against workpiece materials. This end mill is a single-end, right-hand cutting tool built from micrograin carbide stock.

This end mill is suited for general machining applications in job shops, production facilities, and tool rooms. It performs in ferrous and non-ferrous materials where a rigid, high-performance carbide tool is required.
