The ACCUPRO 2500263 is a single-end roughing end mill designed for aggressive material removal in milling applications. Built from micrograin solid carbide and coated with TiCN (titanium carbonitride), it delivers hardness and wear resistance suited to high-speed roughing passes on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The 7/16 inch (0.4375 inch) mill diameter and matching 7/16 inch shank keep the tool concentric and rigid in standard collet chucks and end mill holders. With five fine-pitch flutes and a 1 inch length of cut, this tool balances chip evacuation with edge strength during heavy stock removal operations.

This end mill is used in vertical and horizontal machining centers as well as manual knee mills where roughing passes precede finish milling. It is suited to job shops, tool rooms, and production environments running steel, stainless, cast iron, and similar materials.
