The ACCUPRO 2500254 is a double-end, square-profile solid carbide end mill designed for precision milling of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It carries a 1/2 inch cutting diameter with a 5/8 inch length of cut and a 60-degree helix angle, which promotes aggressive chip evacuation and reduces cutting forces on harder materials. The micrograin carbide substrate improves edge retention at elevated feeds and speeds. A TiCN (titanium carbonitride) coating adds surface hardness and lubricity, extending tool life compared to uncoated carbide. Licensed machinists, tool-and-die shops, and CNC operators use this mill for slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling applications.

This end mill fits stub-length milling applications where rigidity and reduced deflection are the priority.
