The ACCUPRO 2500159 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in metalworking and machining environments. With a 1/2 inch cutting diameter, a 5/8 inch length of cut, and a 3 inch overall length, this tool handles slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling with consistent accuracy. The three-flute geometry with a variable helix design reduces chatter and harmonic vibration during cutting, improving surface finish and tool life. A ZrN (zirconium nitride) coating adds hardness and heat resistance to the micrograin carbide substrate, making this end mill well suited for a range of ferrous and non-ferrous workpiece materials.
