The ACCUPRO 2500124 is a single-end roughing end mill designed for aggressive material removal in milling operations. Built from micrograin solid carbide and coated with AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride), it delivers excellent heat resistance and tool life in ferrous and hard materials. The 7/16 inch (0.4375 inch) diameter, 4-flute, fine-pitch geometry produces a characteristic corncob chip-breaking profile that reduces cutting forces and controls chip evacuation during roughing passes. This tool is suited for machinists and toolroom professionals running CNC mills or manual knee mills where stock removal rate is the priority.

The 2500124 is intended for roughing applications across general machining, die and mold work, and production environments where material needs to be cleared before a finishing pass.
