The ACCUPRO 2500089 is a solid carbide chamfer mill designed for precision chamfering operations on ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Built with four flutes and a right-hand cutting direction, this single-end tool removes material efficiently while producing clean, consistent chamfer angles. The 82-degree included angle makes it well-suited for deburring edges, countersinking, and chamfering drilled or milled features. A TiCN coating improves surface hardness and wear resistance, extending tool life in demanding cutting applications. The 1/2-inch cutter head diameter and matching 1/2-inch shank diameter allow direct chucking in standard end mill holders without adapters.
