The ACCUPRO 2500064 is a solid carbide chamfer mill designed for precision chamfering and deburring operations on ferrous and non-ferrous workpieces. With a 3/4 inch cutter head diameter, 4-flute geometry, and a 90-degree included angle, this mill produces clean, consistent chamfers in a single pass. The bright/uncoated carbide construction offers good hardness and edge retention across a range of materials. The single-end configuration and right-hand cutting direction are suited for conventional CNC machining centers and manual milling equipment alike. Machinists and tool-and-die professionals install this tool for finishing, edge-breaking, and countersink prep operations where tight geometry control is required.
This chamfer mill is used in production and job-shop environments for creating chamfers, bevels, and countersinks on metal, plastic, and composite parts. Its 4-inch overall length and 3/4 inch shank diameter allow it to be held in standard end mill holders, collet chucks, and milling machine spindles. It is appropriate for both vertical and horizontal machining center setups where a 90-degree chamfer profile is the target geometry.
Designed as a direct-fit replacement or addition for standard 3/4 inch end mill holders, collet chucks, and milling machine spindles accepting a 3/4 inch shank diameter chamfer mill.
Installation and tool changes must be performed with the machine spindle fully powered down and the machine in an e-stop or lockout/tagout state per applicable shop safety procedures. Ensure the shank is fully seated and properly torqued in the tool holder before initiating any cut. Inspect the cutting edges for chips or damage before each use, as carbide is brittle and susceptible to edge fracture if mishandled during storage or setup. Follow the machine tool manufacturer and tooling manufacturer feed and speed recommendations for the workpiece material being machined.
