The ACCUPRO 2500058 is a single-end roughing end mill designed for aggressive material removal in milling operations. Built from micrograin solid carbide and coated with AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride), it delivers excellent heat resistance and wear life in hard and abrasive workpiece materials. The 1/2 inch diameter cutter features 4 flutes in a right-hand cutting, right-hand flute configuration. The stub-length geometry keeps deflection low, making it well suited for high-feed roughing passes where rigidity matters. Licensed machinists, toolmakers, and CNC operators install and run this tool in production and job-shop environments.

This end mill is used in CNC machining centers and manual knee mills for roughing operations in ferrous metals, stainless, and hardened materials where the AlTiN coating provides thermal protection.
